It has been our complete pleasure to work with Abby & Tim Nelson as our realtors. We have been involved with sales and purchases of several properties over the years and have found the Nelson's -by far - the best agents we have worked with. Our first experience with Abby & Tim was when we listed a large farm acreage with them. They handled the listing professionally - using the latest media and advertising tools to promote the property. The property sold at a good price and within a short time frame. Our second experience with them was when they were helping us to locate a private home in the lake Wynonah community. Once again Abby and Tim were professional and efficient. Their expertise and knowledge of the community was impressive. They were always available and returned our calls in a very timely manner. We were away from the area at the time, and they went above & beyond to keep communications clear as we negotiated the purchase of a house. We consider them to be the very best agents we have worked with. They were friendly, honest, patient and caring - and oh so helpful.
