	Electronic Documents & Signing: All documents can be signed from the comfort of your own home and delivered to the seller's agent.
	Earnest Money Delivery: You can wire the money, drop off a check in our office drop box or mail it.
	Inspection: The inspector will provide you with a full, detailed report with photos and descriptions.
	Closing Time: We will communicate digitally and minimize any contact.

Virtual Listing Program

	Consultation: Let's meet! Through a video or phone conference call, we will gather information about your home and complete a video walk through.
	Home Market Analysis Meeting: We will meet by video to discuss a market analysis of your home, sales price and map out a plan for listing.
	Schedule Photography: We will discuss the best options and create a plan for your home's photography. We will also provide home staging and best practices tips.
	Electronic Documents & Signing: All documents can be signed from the comfort of your own home.
	Digital Marketing: New Listing Facebook Advertising Virtual Tour and Video will be posted to YouTube Monthly Digital Homesale Magazine Ecards and digital brochures
	Virtual Open House: I will host Open House on specified dates and times as well as advertise on social media to get the best attendance possible.
